We were very pleased with the work done on our chimneys. Idan and his team members did the work exactly as proposed. We were informed about the specifics of the work required at every step. The hard working crews cleaned after themselves and left our chimneys fixed. We highly recommend this company as they obviously know what they are doing.

I had this company refurbish my gas fireplace and they did a great job. A few months later I thought I smelled gas and it scared me . They came out free of charge and checked everything and even cleaned the glass again. There was no leak thank goodness and they showed me how to turn off gas to the logs if I felt like I smelled it again. Talked to me every step of checking. Very good people.

Premium Chimney came out to inspect our gas fireplace and from scheduling the appointment to when they were going to arrive the communication was excellent. Lior and Idan came out and were very professional and knowledgeable in helping us understand how to use our fireplace and troubleshoot issues, as well as, provided information about how to maintain and signs of when to call them back. I highly recommend Premium Chimney. The crew, as well as the team member that came out quickly to give us a quote on a Sunday, were so professional, hard-working, and were able to complete our job in less than two hours. Our fireplace is absolutely beautiful after converting our gas log back to a gas start wood-burning fireplace, repairing and cleaning out the fireplace and up in the Chimney, and repairing the top of the chimney (cracked) and putting a new cap on. Pricing was very reasonable. If you need your fireplace or chimney repaired or just inspected to be sure it is safe to use, this is the company you should use.

We had a great experience with Roman. He couldn’t get the flame much higher because the system didn’t allow it but he reassured us that the pressure is good and that we have a good system. He did rearrange the logs properly so that we can see the flames better. He also cleaned the glass, dusted the interior and fixed the piece of trim that had broken. He also showed us the battery case that we can use when the electricity goes out. We’ve had the system for 14 yrs and never knew that we could run the fireplace on batteries when the electricity goes out. Thank you Roman.

We moved into this house 5 years ago and had never used the fireplace. I called these guys and had Idan out to do an inspection. He was super friendly, explained everything to us and was happy to answer questions. He even showed us pictures of what he was talking about. We ended up having some additional repairs that needed done, but Idan was able to do the cleaning that day, get us on the schedule for repairs, and was super communicative throughout the rest of the process. We were super happy with our experience and will definitely be using them again in the future

Had a great experience with Lior! I was hearing noises inside my chimney and feared a creature was trapped. Lior came out on time, was extremely friendly, and professional. He did a thorough inspection, took pictures to show me exactly what was happening, and performed the necessary repairs on the spot. Excellent service, very transparent, and a reasonable price. I had these guys do my chimney work and replace the crown on my home and i loved it so much and they were very respectful and cleaned up very well. That as soon as we bought a rental property they came out and did the same for that house. The photos are from both they have done for us. And the fireplace has been so much better and we didn’t have smoke being pushed back into the house like it did before. Great work!!

I reached out to premium Chimneys to fix my fireplace. They also did a check on the chimney and found out the siding that was used was rotten. They replaced that and the flask also. All the staff that came out were polite and very informative. I would recommend this company if you want someone you that is reliable and trustworthy and not just telling you would need to replace everything Definitely worth a 5 Star

The team at Premium renovated our entire fireplace and chimney cap. The difference is unbelievable. The entire experience was positive and the added curb appeal is off the charts. Our original chimney top enclosure had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Highly recommend if you’re looking to make a very visible investment in your home. Premium was fantastic.

Extremely efficient process. Settings the appointment, easy. Called for a question before regular hours, someone answered the phone and answered my question, verified my appointment time and let me know I would receive a call or text 30 minutes prior yo arrival. IT ALL HAPPENED! Dan and Leo were professionally dressed, courteous. Both were very polite, personable and we laughed about a missing remote control. These folks were fantastic to work with. Inspection appointment was set up quickly, and all problems were identified and shown to me through the photos they took (actual photos of my chimney, not "horror" photos of someone else's chimney). Their solution and work is a premium product, as the name states. They do not offer a list of cheaper "fixes," but do offer a top quality, long-term solution at a reasonable price. They were always happy to answer any questions, and installation went smoothly. All team members were super nice and very respectful of my property. They fixed the bad work done by a competitor only two years prior that completely failed. I would highly recommend Premium Chimneys for any chimney work.

We are so plesed with Premium Chimneys- Austin. We called and made an appointment for two days in the future. The nicest gentleman came and did a thorough evaluation and diagnosed our issue. He said they would order the parts and come in 7-10 days. In 7 days they came. They were on time, called before they came over and put tarps on the front of the fireplace. The work was so clean and thorough. We tested the fireplace with the switch and lighting the pilot. We are now enjoying our fire and have a company we can feel good about calling in the future.

Incredibly fast and helpful! We needed a gas fireplace log replacement, which usually takes a week to ten days. They happened to have an extra due to cancellation, and offered to come back to install it the next day. The owner, who did the installation himself, was incredibly professional and courteous DESPITE his van being broken into the same morning. Absolutely recommend!

We have a patio ventless gas fireplace that had simply stopped firing. Pilot came on every time, but no ignition. One call and Premium was on the job. They determined the exact problem after a couple of visits and had ace tech Alex come in to replace the defective parts, clean out the entire firebed, and now the fireplace is as good as new - maybe better!

I called Premium Chimneys on Friday, November 21st, 2025 and got an inspection scheduled the following Monday, which I couldn't believe, as it was the week before Thanksgiving. We haven't used our chimney in 22 years (house is 51 yrs old) which is crazy, and something told me to get it working again. I had hoped all I would need is a chimney sweep, but neglect creates a need for more repairs. Ben showed up as scheduled and did an assessment, went up on the slippery roof as it had rained, to inspect the chimney, and gave us a roof tile report, then he broke down the chimney repair needs which were not critical for operation this winter, so we put those repairs on the back burner, and opted for a chimney sweep, and specialized mortar repair on the inside of the fireplace and a log lighter replacement to make sure no gas leaks. Ben did the cleaning thoroughly in about 2 hours. I was told a response for scheduling the mason and plumber would be in 10-14 days. The owner, Edan, called me the following Saturday after Thanksgiving and scheduled repairs for Monday 12/1. I was on a 1-4 pm window but unfortunately all their jobs went long, and Edan apologized and called me back that evening to schedule for a Tuesday morning window for the Mason, Oscar, who did a great job in exactly 2 hours. The plumber was in Flower mound and couldn't show by the end of day, so Edan scheduled him at 9 am the next morning. Alex, the plumber came and did a great, quick replacement of the log lighter, and right when he finished, Edan, the owner, came to inspect the job and get the invoice paid. Each professional covered the fireplace and floor area for their work and cleaned up afterwards which was appreciated! Communication was steady, professional work was estimated and done, with emails in detail of estimates and invoices and I paid with Zelle, as credit cards add additional fees. I will definitely go back to them for future needs and highly recommend! Very reliable and professional!

I needed a lot of work on my fireplace. I needed a new chimney top and needed to replace the cracked back wall, a new gas pipe, and a sweep. Premium Chimneys was easy to work with. There was a leak in the gas line leading to the firebox. Bricks needed to be removed in order to fix the leak and then replaced after new gas piping was installed. The plumber and the masons were very professional and did excellent work. Communication was good and the project was completed in a reasonable time.

The top of my chimney was on the verge of falling down and I was experiencing leaks into the interior of my house. Our chimney cap blew off about a year ago and our neighbor found it in the alley. I repaired it the best I could and was planning on installing. I postponed and was waiting for cooler weather; however, birds made a nest in my chimney. Wife saif we could wait any longer, so I call called Premium Chimney. They seemed to have some good reviews. They arrived and did a free assessment. They need to wait until the birds left before they could do any work. Our house was built in 1980. They inspected the chimney and found some bricks that need to be "tucked". I accepted their quote for the chimney work and a new custom top. In the next day or two they "tucked" the brick chimney (before the birds left). Then the birds finally left about 10 days or so they arrived and installed the chimney cap. We are very pleased with knowledge and answering our question and especially keeping us "in the loop". We would certainly recommend them to anyone who needed chimney work or had questions about their chimney.

I bought a new house recently, and as winter approached, I tried to start my gas fireplace but couldn’t get it to work. My wife and I tinkered with it for an hour to no avail. We took the time up front to agree on pricing, contract terms, payment schedule, inclusions and exclusions, and sequence of work. When the day for the work came, they showed up on time with the right number of competent workers, and knocked the chimney repair out of the park, without incident. They even helped to trim back some vegetation that was in the way. They pulled away about 3 pm and there are no more leaks at my chimney. I am glad to recommend them for other projects.

Tony did fantastic work on our chimney. The old siding had cracked and left gaps. Tony redid the siding and matched it to the exact same color of the rest of the house.
